Prepress

Printing/Laminating

North State Flexibles excels in flexographic printing and has the latest state-of-the-art, quick changeover, sleeve presses to ensure maximum graphic impact at a competitive cost. With extensive experience printing flesh tones and other challenging graphic designs, coupled with a totally in-house digital pre-press capability, our print capability rivals that of rotogravure. Environmentally-friendly, solventless laminations complement our printing capabilities. For ultimate graphic impact, count on North State Flexibles.

• Not one, but two new gearless 10-color W&H printing presses plus two   additional 8-color presses to ensure high-fidelity line and process   flexographic printing
• In-house Ink Management, matching & dispensing systems
• Up to 150 line screen to meet the most demanding process print   challenges
• Lacquers or laminations (cleaner, environmentally-friendly, solventless   laminating) for high-gloss, maximum-impact packaging on a full spectrum   of film substrates


Converting

North State Flexibles offers unequaled bag, pouch, sleeve and roll stock capabilities with such features as resealable zippers, tape closures, gussets, handles, wickets, and reinforced headers. Two new high-speed automatic wicketers have recently been installed to complement an already impressive array of bag and pouch equipment. When it comes to converting variety, count on North State Flexibles to keep you ahead of the competition.
